Robert Melfe’s career spans residential valuation, appraisal review, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and senior-level appraisal management. As a former Senior Vice President responsible for appraisal and environmental services for a major financial institution, Robert managed valuation operations throughout the United States and Canada, including professional staff, a nationwide appraisal vendor panel, and valuation oversight for a multibillion-dollar real estate portfolio.
Today, that experience is brought directly to attorneys, CPAs, fiduciaries, financial institutions, property owners, and other professionals who require credible, well-supported and independent real estate valuation expertise.

Principal Appraiser & Valuation Consultant
Robert B. Melfe is a Certified Residential Appraiser licensed in California, Washington, and Arizona, and a California Real Estate Salesperson, with more than 40 years of experience in residential real estate valuation, appraisal review, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and appraisal management.
Prior to returning to independent practice, Robert served as Senior Vice President responsible for Appraisal & Environmental Services for a major financial institution. In that role, he directed appraisal and valuation operations throughout the United States and Canada, including leadership of professional appraisal staff, management of a nationwide panel of more than 600 appraisal vendors, and valuation oversight for a real estate portfolio exceeding $15 billion.
His experience combines hands-on residential appraisal with senior-level management, regulatory oversight, appraisal review, vendor management, and complex valuation analysis. Today, he brings that experience directly to attorneys, CPAs, fiduciaries, financial institutions, property owners, and other professionals requiring credible, independent real estate valuation and advisory services.

Jerry D. Loveall is a California Certified General Appraiser with extensive experience in real estate valuation, appraisal review, valuation consulting, regulatory compliance, and complex property analysis. His professional background includes senior-level institutional appraisal and valuation risk management, regulatory agency experience, and independent appraisal practice.
Jerry operates his own independent appraisal and consulting business and provides specialized valuation consulting and appraisal review services to Robert B. Melfe & Associates on an independent consulting basis. His expertise includes commercial and complex properties, conservation easement appraisal reviews, appraisal quality control, regulatory compliance, and valuation risk management. His broad professional experience provides additional expertise for assignments requiring specialized valuation and review services.

Raegan Melfe
Independent Administrative & Research Consultant
Raegan Melfe provides administrative, research, and operational support to Robert B. Melfe & Associates on an independent contract basis. Her responsibilities include project coordination, document preparation, research assistance, editorial support, and administrative assistance with appraisal and valuation review assignments. All appraisal analysis, valuation conclusions, and professional appraisal review responsibilities remain with appropriately licensed appraisers.
Raegan is in her final year at San Joaquin College of Law, completing an accelerated three-year Juris Doctor program. Her legal education and research background complement her work in document preparation, research, and administrative coordination. She has received academic recognition for her scholarship and academic achievement.
